Aberdeen City Fencing club has been run on and off for some years. Its current incarnation was created in 2006 with official registration of the club with Scottish Fencing and the creation of a full committee drawn from current members.

We moved to the International School Aberdeen (ISA) in April 2011 and we recently acquired some more equipment to cater for kids, beginners and electric fencing in all three weapons. This equipment currently includes seven, three weapon scoring boxes.

SESSION TIMES

Monday                      Kids Class                18:00-19:15

                                  Adults (16 plus)       19:00-21:15

Wednesday              Kids Class                18:00-19:15

                                  Adults (16 plus)       19:00-21:15

We teach from age 12 and upwards. Timing of the transition from the Kids to Adult class is based on skills learned and is at the discretion of the coaches. Please wear t-shirt, tracksuit bottoms and indoor trainers. All beginners kit is provided.

FEES

Monthly fees (First session is free)

Children under 16 years and Concessions £16 per month

Adults over 16 years £21 per month

Children and Adults visitors fee £6 per session.

Annual Membership fees are £15 adults, £10 U16 and concessions and £25 family. These are payable in September.

All fees are reviewed annually at the AGM in January.

The fees will be due either by Standing Order, Cheque or Cash and will be collected in the first 2 weeks of the month.
